Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

You confirm that:
• You are at least 14 years old.
• If you are between 14 and 17 years old, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved your submission and these terms on your behalf.
• You are the original creator of the submitted artwork and own all rights to it.
• Your artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• You have the legal authority to grant the license described here.
 
License Grant
You grant Wick a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use your artwork for the following purposes:
In-app reward cards and collections
Product UI and features
App store listings and screenshots
Marketing and promotional materials for Wick (including social media, email, and web)
This license allows Wick to resize, crop, compress, or reformat the artwork as needed for display, but we will not materially alter the creative integrity of the work.
Wick will not sell your artwork or license it to third parties outside of promoting Wick.
 
Ownership
You retain full ownership of your artwork.
This license does not prevent you from using, selling, or licensing your work elsewhere.
 
Attribution
When reasonably possible and appropriate, Wick will credit artists by name and/or social handle within the app or related materials.
You acknowledge that attribution may not always be technically or practically feasible (e.g., legacy app store screenshots, system surfaces), and that failure to provide attribution in these cases does not constitute a breach of these terms.
 
No Compensation
You understand that submissions are voluntary and that no monetary compensation is provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
 
Removal Requests
You may request that your artwork be removed from future use at any time by emailing [email].
Upon request, Wick will stop using the artwork in future in-app placements and marketing within 30 days, where reasonably possible.
You acknowledge that:
Previously distributed materials (e.g., app store screenshots, social posts, already-issued reward cards) may continue to exist.
Removal applies prospectively, not retroactively.
 
Moral Rights Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any “moral rights” or similar rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) that would interfere with Wick’s permitted use of the artwork as described above.
 
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wick and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
A breach of these terms
Any claim that the submitted artwork infringes third-party rights
 
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
